As a new patient, during your first visit, you will be asked to share important information regarding your known symptoms. You will also be asked to share the goals you hope to attain as a patient. After a lengthy conversation guided by Dr. Alyse, she will determine exactly which lab tests she needs to formally begin your positive course of treatment.<\/p>\n<p>In order to save time, other medical practices often order the same lab tests on nearly all patients.\u00a0 Dr. Alyse firmly believes that she will know which lab tests are correct for you, only after she begins to understand your specific symptoms and what underlying causes she is looking for.\u00a0 The type of lab tests she orders for you may be blood, or urine or saliva or any combination of the three.<\/p>\n<p>After your initial comprehensive first visit, you will be scheduled for your next visit in three weeks. At this second visit, Dr. Alyse will now have quite a lot of information about you available to her.
